Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental Health Awareness month is a very important for me and the fact that this year it started with a Self Care Sunday has made it that much meaningful. This topic has become very essential to my life over the last several years. A lot of growth has happened in the last four years and maintaining a healthy mind has always been #1 priority. At times, unwanted stress can try to be a detriment, but with the aid of family, friends and different forms of self care, I’ve been able to live the life to the fullest. Find your outlet, and know that your mind is equally important to your body and soul.
